...with the sounds of the music within each of us. Step into your own potential for health and well-being. Allow yourself to be held in the space of sound, silence, breath, and resonance. Whether you are weathering a storm or basking in the sunshine, balance your energy and reduce stress by practicing deep self-care. The circles will be facilitated by a rotating group of sound healing practitioners who will co-create a space of safe exploration and healthy play. Feedback from participants:

Listen to audio from April 22 class. **No prior music experience is necessary.** Your voice, body, and breath are all you need. Simple musical instruments will be available for you to use also.
